2.1 — Age and Eligibility

2.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

When opening an account, the member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. If registration is completed with false or misleading information, the account may be closed at any time and funds held in the account may be forfeited.

3.1 — Responsibility for Login Credentials

Each member is fully responsible for their username and password. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. 3.2 — Right to Suspend or Close an Account

betwinner reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If the member fails to cooperate with identity verification.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

3.3 — Request to Close an Account

If a member wishes to close their account, they can contact support via 24/7 live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

4.1 — Deposits

You can deposit funds on betwinner via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account quickly. Only payment methods registered in the account holder's name are accepted for deposits.

4.2 — Withdrawals

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.

5.2 — Other Promotions

betwinner offers various promotions from time to time, such as weekly reload gifts, slot festival bonuses, cricket season offers, birthday rewards, and friend referral rewards. Each offer has its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement, and validity period. These conditions are clearly stated in the details of the relevant offer.

5.3 — Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to misuse bonus benefits — such as artificially altering betting patterns, claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts, or circumventing bonus-related conditions — betwinner reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

6.1 — Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed in the betwinner system, it is considered final. betwinner reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error. The ability to make changes in live betting markets after a match has started is limited.

6.2 — Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a sports event is not completed within the scheduled time or the organisers cancel the result, the bets on that event are generally considered void and the stake is refunded. For cricket, the decision of the ICC or the relevant board is considered final.

6.3 — Score Disputes

betwinner uses data from reputable third-party data providers to determine results. If a dispute arises over any result, the decision of betwinner's management is final in that matter.

6.4 — Match Fixing and Fraud

7.1 — VIP Tiers and Cashback Rates

betwinner's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback applies based on net losses each week:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Example: If a Gold tier member's total net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

7.2 — Tier Changes
